I think it is for almost 2 months now. You might say that "it's nothing compared to...blah", well, that's good enough for me for now. All it takes is to have a control, I don't actually have a full control of it but I think I developed a self discipline on my cigarette smoking (the urge is now less), I hope and would try my best to maintain this and continue improving up to its elimination. The best part is my BP (blood pressure) is now consistently making it to a normal BP of 120/90 ( I have my worst at 160/100). If you are really up to it, then what you can do is think first before lighting a cigarette ( a few seconds would do!), what to think about? here's some:
- think of your health ( I'm pretty sure we're not getting any healthier!)
- think about the person/s surrounding you (specially if there are non-smokers or babies)
- think of the horrible effect of excessive cigarette smoking (I think this one works for me, I can't stand a gruesome picture!)
